Alliance Financing Group Inc. to offer 2.5 Million SMEs Access To Online Financing On New BellZinc.ca Portal

Toronto, ON-December 04, 2000 - Bernard Shimkovitz, CEO of Alliance Financing Group Inc., providers of e-financing solutions for small-to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced today a strategic partnership with Bell ActiMedia Inc.'s recently announced B2B portal, www.BellZinc.ca.

The BellZinc.ca site is currently scheduled to launch early 2001. Under an agreement with Bell ActiMedia, Alliance will offer its online financing services, products and expertise to customers of the BellZinc.ca B2B portal. The delivery of Alliance's offerings will be through an exclusive co-branded online financing site within the BellZinc.ca portal. Visitors to the co-branded site will be able to get real-time, online financing quotes, submit a secure credit application and receive approvals within minutes. This process is complemented by an online live interactive assistance feature that gives users the ability to ask questions and get answers in real-time from Alliance's trained customer-relations specialists.
